February Minutes for the Abilene Hustlers 4-H Club

The monthly meeting of the Abilene Hustlers 4-H Club was held on February 2, 2026. Junior President Clover Frantz called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Roll call was answered by your favorite animal.

The report of officers was then given. For the council report, it was announced that the top 3 pizza sellers for the county were the Cersovskys, Bairds and Holloways. In total, the county sold 1606 pizzas. County club days is March 27th. You must summit entries by March 18th. Next, members were informed that this year for county club days, our club will be participating in the skit and model meeting again.

For new business, the club discussed that small animal weigh-in is set for April 18th and the back-up date is April 25th. Members also discussed the Hope Foundation donation and the backpacks for kids donation. For the Program, mini club days took place. This is where each member is given the opportunity to do either a demonstration or project talk. After that, Silas Horinek led the club in recreation.

The meeting was then adjourned. The next meeting is set for March 2nd, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the 4-H building. This meeting will be the parents meeting.
